What can I store in my vault?

Everything important, organised into compartments: Messages, Financial information, Real estate, Legal documents, Other liabilities and your Digital life. Personal IDs such as passports and driving licences live in Family IDs.

What is KinSure AI?

It's your personal assistant for your own vault. Ask it to find a document, explain an insurance policy, pull up an ID, or tell you what's renewing soon — all in plain language.

Does KinSure AI see my data? Is that safe?

It reads only the categories you allow, strictly inside your encrypted vault. We never train external models on your data or sell it. You can limit what it sees or switch it off entirely.

What is a nominee?

How does KinSure know when to release my information?

We carry out gentle, periodic life-status check-ins. If something changes, a careful multi-step verification is completed before any information is ever released. And don't worry — we don't spam.

Can I change my nominees later?

Anytime. You're always in control of who is assigned to what, and you can update or remove nominees whenever you like.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are billed annually and you can cancel whenever you like, keeping access until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I leave?
